Your Own Pizza at Project Pie

SM Southmall's latest project the "Food Street" do not just offer easy access to restaurants but the convenience of picking one too. Since the food street offers restaurants in one lane, passing unto it one time or two times will make you decide where to eat. There's a lot of restaurant along the stretch and one of them is Project Pie.

Project Pie has been popular for offering their do it your own pizza. I actually tried building my own pizza in some of their branches so when I and my foodie friends had this food crawl, we all decided to grab their master pizzas. The master pizza is Project Pie's own pizza recipe.

Richie Pizza, a combination of pepperoni, Italian sausage, crumbled meatballs, mozarella, garlic and signature red sauce. A choice for the meat lovers. Masarap!

Kenobi Pizza, a combination of pesto, artichoke, red onion, tomato, feta and mozzarella. Light non meat pizza that is very minimal on toppings. More feta cheese? Masarap with a bit of reservation.

Woody Pizza, a combination of grilled chicken, cilantro, gorgonzola, mozarella, sliced red onion and BBQ sauce. Grilled chicken glazed with barbecue sauce for a different kick from your regular pizza. Masarap with a bit of reservation since I am not that of a big fan of barbecue.

Hamlet Pizza, a combination of prosciutto, caramelized onions, mozarella and parmesan. The prosciutto is good that it makes the pizza stand out. Masarap without reservations.

Yin Yang Pizza, toppings of roasted brocolli, roasted corn kernels, prosciutto, parmesan, olive oil, mozarella and red onion. I just don't like the corn kernels on top. Masarap even without the brocolli and corn kernels. 

The Fab Four Pizza, it has gorgonzola, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil and black pepper. This four cheese pizza is perfect for cheese lovers. Masarap without any reservations.

Banana Nutella Pizza has nutella and bananas. A surprisingly good treat. A definite must try after finishing your pizza. Great for sharing or maybe just by yourself.

Still it is better to try out first their build your own pizza. The experience is actually fun when you are creating your own perfect pizza.

Overall, the experience is pretty amazing. This is a great bonding place for friends and family. You must not skip their build your own pizza of course. They offer anything and everything all in your pizza (as long as it is an available topping of course). My personal rating for the restaurant is a 4 out of 5.
