Memoirs from a Food Crawl, Buffalo Wild Wings
Our fourth restaurant today is Buffalo Wings. The brand's a Minnesota based restaurant that open its first Philippine branch in Capitol Commons and their second in Glorietta. They offer their New York style wings as well as burgers and flatbeds. The restauarnt offers a mixed of casual and sports bar dining.
We tried Buffalo Wild Wing's The Sampler and their small size hand spun wings.
The Sampler (P795.00), a good serving of their nachos, onion rings, mozarella sticks and their traditional wings. A good sampler than can be shared by five people. The nachos' good while the onion rings a bit overcooked. The mozarella sticks we're big and they're not all breading. The garlic parmesan wings is a bit dry but the sauce is good. The whole ensemble's masarap with reservations on the onion rings and the wings.
Small Size Wings (495.00), we opted on trying two different flavors which is the Asian Zing and their Medium Spicy. The Small size includes a serving of ten wings and a side of celery and carrots and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese dip. The Asian Zing has sweet style mix while the Medium Spicy has very tolerable spicy level. The sauce was good but the chicken tasted a bit odd. The meat was a bit dry from the inside too. Masarap with a bit of reservations.
My personal rating for the restaurant:
Note: Service was a bit bad when we came in and the restaurant was not full at the time.
